What counts
Billable WhatsApp sends include reminders and chargeable outbound messages such as confirmations, clarification, follow-ups and legal/cap notices where applicable. Every outbound type is counted. Inbound limits and off-topic limits also protect the service.
At the soft and hard caps
Above the Pro soft cap, follow-up nudges are suppressed. At the hard cap, further billable delivery is stopped until the next monthly window. A due reminder can remain saved without being delivered. Pause, resume and deletion commands remain available; necessary legal/compliance replies are tracked separately and do not promise unrestricted messaging.
Storage, recurring and renewal
Pro storage has no reminder-count limit. Pro active recurring reminders have a configured limit; all their sends still count toward the monthly cap. Free has a monthly creation allowance. Allowances reset by the service’s monthly window; deleting and recreating an account does not reset the current month’s usage.
